TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Standard Business Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Standard appointments incur a $79 onsite diagnostic fee.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged a $79 fee.
- 24/7 coverage available for off-hours, holidays, and Sundays.
- Off-hour dispatch incurs a non-refundable $599 fee (covers dispatch only; does not apply to work performed).
- All technicians use an AI audio recording device while onsite for technical training only; this information is not shared outside of Jeneral Plumbing LLC.
- All memberships require a 12-month initial commitment and continue month-to-month thereafter.
- 30-day cancellation notice required for membership termination.
- Member discount applies after 6 months of continuous membership.
- Add-on services available only to Home Guardian members in good standing.
