TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Standard Business Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
- Standard appointments incur an $80 dispatch fee.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will automatically be charged an $80 fee.
- Call at any time; current technician availability and arrival timing are confirmed by phone.
- Off-hour dispatch incurs a non-refundable $599 fee (covers dispatch only; does not apply to work performed).
- We may ask to use an AI-assisted audio note-taking device during a visit. Recording begins only after every participant gives prior express consent. You may decline or withdraw consent without affecting service; details appear in our Privacy Policy.
- All memberships require a 12-month initial commitment and continue month-to-month thereafter.
- 30-day cancellation notice required for membership termination.
- Member discount applies after 6 months of continuous membership.
